30 seconds exposure and F/2.8 aperture can catch a lot of things

oh I wish I could go down to such an aperture... grr... unfortunately my cam doesn't wanna do more than 3.4

You can try to use a higher ISO

In this one I choose 640, maybe you can try with 800, or 1600
